Five Walks – from the same starting point
A series of five, themed, daily walks undertaken during a Walking Arts Research Group research trip to the Black Forest in July 2015.
The starting point for each walk is both literal - the cabin deep in the Black Forest where each walk began; and figurative - the landscape seen through the prism of the personal.
The resulting work mixes a psychogeography of contemporary locations with hauntalogical echos of childhood memories through landscape and still life photography.
Produced as a limited edition 52 page B5 book digitally printed on Evolution Uncoated 100gms and KeayKolour 300gms.
